Without a doubt, the STAFF were, as always, exemplary ALWAYS willing to accommodate our needs. A room is a room is a room, however, the STAFF are what makes the difference. The lady from Chile, the gentleman from Casablanca, the soccer player, T6, and the lady in the restaurant who is attending Ottawa U, ALL of them are WONDERFUL. THEY make ALL THE DIFFERENCE!! GREAT TIME. Thank you

The entire staff were VERY accommodating to ensure that our stay was excellent. The room was very clean and quiet. At breakfast this morning, the waitress was excellent. Whatever she is paid, she is under paid. The meal was tasty and well presented. This WILL be our go to hotel when in Ottawa. Great location, EXCELLENT STAFF, reasonable price, very good bedroom. Thanks

The hotel is an older hotel thats been renovated, but the rooms are very nice , well decorated and quiet even though we were right on the street side. The hotel staff was great and the doorman was fantastic and very personable. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast and the food was good and the price was a great. The waitress was again very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They were kind and we had some great conversations. Location was within walking distance of everything that I needed. I would really love to know what brand of mattress they use as the bed was fantastic! I was also given a cupcake for International Women’s Day!

Polite and attentive personals, they met us and showed us where we could leave the car. In the evening we got two glasses of champagne. The linens, pillows and bed were excellent and we had a great night's sleep. The hotel is very close to famous attractions by walk.
