Without a doubt, the STAFF were, as always, exemplary ALWAYS willing to accommodate our needs. A room is a room is a room, however, the STAFF are what makes the difference. The lady from Chile, the gentleman from Casablanca, the soccer player, T6, and the lady in the restaurant who is attending Ottawa U, ALL of them are WONDERFUL. THEY make ALL THE DIFFERENCE!! GREAT TIME. Thank you

The hotel is an older hotel thats been renovated, but the rooms are very nice , well decorated and quiet even though we were right on the street side. The hotel staff was great and the doorman was fantastic and very personable. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast and the food was good and the price was a great. The waitress was again very friendly and helpful.

Polite and attentive personals, they met us and showed us where we could leave the car. In the evening we got two glasses of champagne. The linens, pillows and bed were excellent and we had a great night's sleep. The hotel is very close to famous attractions by walk.

The location was absolutely perfect, great restaurants within walking distance . The cleanliness and attention given was incredible. The rooms are a great and the beds so incredibly comfortable.
