Rooms are nice though small. Bed was very comfortable. You can walk to Parliament Hill and anywhere in the cbd. Limited parking spots are available at the hotel which was useful to us. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Central to downtown Ottawa, which is quiet in the evenings, weekends and holidays. Clean faciities and well-stocked gym.

Customer service was top notch 👌🏽 Kevin was very helpful when it came to parking and where to get food in the area. There is parking on both side of the street Friday - Sunday parking is free. Hotel has a parking garage but you have to pay for it. There are restaurants and the mall waking distance

The hotel is an older hotel thats been renovated, but the rooms are very nice , well decorated and quiet even though we were right on the street side. The hotel staff was great and the doorman was fantastic and very personable. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast and the food was good and the price was a great. The waitress was again very friendly and helpful.

We loved the location of the hotel, but more specifically the staff was very attentive, professional and lovely, and the room was very cozy and the bed and pillows so comfortable!

Polite and attentive personals, they met us and showed us where we could leave the car. In the evening we got two glasses of champagne. The linens, pillows and bed were excellent and we had a great night's sleep. The hotel is very close to famous attractions by walk.
